TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide full and accurate information.

Campervan Ireland takes no responsibility for a hire being refused or an extra charge being applied if false or incomplete information has been provided.

 DRIVERS details

On collection of your campervan you must produce your driving licence and  passport

One driver is included in this rate depending on licencing circumstances,additional drivers can be added.

Its best to e-mail for exact quotes.

Must be between  24 ---70 and have a full licence for at least 2 years.

Licences  must be acceptable to our insurer or we cannot allow hire,there may be restrictions on medical ,legal or occupational grounds.

REMEMBER it is a criminal offence not to report an accident.

Insurance

• Motor insurance is provided for drivers named on agreement only.
• Only touring of the 32 counties of Ireland is allowed.

     (subject to local road conditions and vehicle height/weight restrictions.)

• The hirer is responsible for the first  €1600 of any damage (Excess).
• Theft of the campervan is not covered if the keys are left in the ignition or the campervan is not locked.

         (The customer is liable for the entire cost.)

• Damage caused by undue care will be the customers responsibility.
• Personal items are not covered.

Security deposit

A  security deposit of €1600 must be arranged,when collecting the campervan.

This is normally achieved by allowing Campervan Ireland to debit the customers credit card up to  €1600, in the event of damage to the vehicle.

There will be no charges providing the following conditions are observed:

• No damage of any kind to the  campervan.
• No damage to any third party/property.
• Campervan is returned on time and in a clean condition.
• Toilet  holding tank emptied.(Toilet not emptied €200 charge)
• The fuel tank is full, as when the vehicle was hired.
• There are no traffic fines or tolls outstanding.
• All items provided by Campervan Ireland are returned in same condition as recieved.

The hirer is responsible for any repairs caused by negligence...  you must check water/oil levels and tyre pressures daily.

Additional information

By signing the rental agreement the customer agrees to Campervan Ireland retaining the credit card details provided ,for sufficient time that any traffic fines/tolls or unseen damage which occurred during the hire period can be paid using these credit card details.

While every effort will be made by  Campervan  Ireland to ensure the vehicle you requested is available on time ,this might not be possible in unforeseen circumstances.If this should happen we will do our utmost to provide an alternative campervan.

In the unlikely event  that this is not possible Campervan  Ireland's liability extends to a refund of any money paid.

Campervan Ireland reserves the right to refuse to hire a vehicle to any potential customer if we believe our terms and conditions are not being fulfilled.
